Fayetteville, AR, January 12, 2021 – Arkansas Myriad (ARMI) challenges employees to become their best selves in 2021 by hosting a company-wide wellness challenge. The overall objective of this challenge is to encourage healthy habits among team members and to increase physical activity and wellness. ARMI is providing their employees with various resources and tools throughout this six-month long challenge to educate and inspire employees to become the healthiest version of themselves.
“Here at ARMI we believe we are and hire the best of the best in our industry and our goal is to support our team members in achieving their optimal best self through this challenge,” exclaims Diane Wolff, ARMI’s on site nurse. “Health is so much more than just a body weight number and our goal is to teach them that mind, body and spirit are all part of this competition. I am personally excited to be part of this fun journey of self-improvement to a healthy lifestyle.”
With over 35 participants signed up there will be an array of prizes and rewards throughout the challenge valued up to $2,000! ARMI has partnered up with one Fayetteville local business, YTFS, to come perform In-Body Analysis scans once a month until the challenge is completed. Many other local businesses such as Snack Lab Fayetteville, Ozark Natural Foods, Trailside Yoga, Heroes Fitness Training, and more are also assisting with this challenge by donating health-related products and providing education to employees about the importance health and fitness play in everyday life. ARMI believes that inspiring workers to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle is crucial, both within and outside the workplace, and is excited to help them along this journey.
