Due to the rapid growth, ARMI Contractors is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensures customer orders are processed in a timely manner using software and technologies provided by ARMI.
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and within the company vision.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Assists in identifying new business opportunities to improve sales.
  • Work with sales team to develop promotional activities.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of all the ARMI standard products to be address customer needs.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • COVID vaccination required for our scope of work and customers
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • BCBS Hospitalization Plan- premium paid for team member, Payroll deduction for dependents after 60 days
  • Dental Coverage- premium paid for team member & dependents after 60 days
