ARMI ATTENDS GRAVETTE WELDING SCHOOL GRAND OPENING

ARMI had the opportunity to attend the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the Western Benton County Career Center’s newest facility at Gravette High School on Friday, September 20th. Through their partnership with NWTI this new addition will offer students from the NWA area a chance to obtain skills in Automotive, Welding and HVAC technology. Senator Jim Hendren was in attendance and expressed his support of teaching these students that they can still have a very successful career if they decide not to attend a 4-year University.

The demand for trade skills are rising and having programs like this are beneficial for both students and companies who are in need for candidates with this skillset. ARMI is thrilled that our local community is promoting trade schools with the same energy they are promoting colleges to the younger generation.

ARMI was also able to donate drop metal for the students to practice their skills on – It is the least we can do to provide the proper equipment and supplies.

A big thank you to everyone involved and for having us!
